This is a key question for new online casino players or less experienced internet users. It is still a fact that a large proportion of people in the UK will not buy online using their credit cards for fear of fraud.
With 128-bit SSL encryption security in place however, it is actually much safer to use your credit card online than it is to stand in the queue with it at a petrol station and how many of us do that without giving it a second thought?
If you can get over the irrational fear of using your credit or debit card to deposit at an online casino, your most common secondary concern is that the casino software is obviously rigged in favour of the house.
All of our trusted casino partners at CSI use a Random Number Generator (RNG) in their software to ensure that there can be no deliberate bias in their favour.
During a game of Blackjack, for example, the RNG will randomly generate a number between 1 and 52 (for one deck variants), with each number in the sequence assigned a particular card from the deck.
This is of course a seperate issue to the built-in house edge for a particular casino game. The house edge has absolutely nothing to do with the randomness of the cards dealt or reels spun, it is built in to the mathematics behind the design of the actual game itself.
All blackjack games and variants (and other casino games) offer a slight advantage to the casino over the player, online and onland – this is a game design issue and nothing to do with rigging software!
All of the major reputable players in the online casino industry have spent huge amounts of time and money developing their RNG’s to give you, their players, a realistic casino playing experience.
Microgaming casinos such as Spin Palace Casino or Roxy Palace Casino even have their RNG algorithms checked on a monthly basis by world-renowned auditors, PriceWaterhouseCoopers to ensure their continuing fairness and both have the eCOGRA Safe and Fair seal of approval for added player assurance.
You must understand that whilst nefarious business practises can often be lucrative in the short-term, they will not survive in the long-term, as casino players will move elsewhere.

Hi I play roulette at 21 Nova (playtech). I use a system using free spins before betting on black or red.I notice that free spins will only allow the most usually 5 spins on one colour before changing to another colour without betting. As soon as I start betting on the colour that has not come up, then only do I get runs of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 after the first 5 of no betting. That gives me +\- 19 times that the colour doesn’t come up.So I want to know is this done at all online casino’s.Also my system did work for about almost 2 weeks before I lost my bankroll. I was making 100 a day playing for short intervals during the day, making 10 at a time.
Hi Kevin
The fact that you use the word “system” in the same breath as the word “roulette” is a worry! We do not have access to the specifics of each software house’s algorithms or RNG’s I’m afraid. There will not be a pattern that can be abused – that’s a given.
Best of luck at the tables!
