Where’s Chip Stack May 2009

April 29th, 2009

MAY 2009 £50 CASH GIVEAWAY!

Back from his months in the frozen plains of Sweden and slopes of the Trois Vallées (congrats again to Sarah G. for correctly answering with the Tignes Dam and pocketing £150!), Chip was rather hoping for some sun this time around.

Tough titty, Chip, the Team at CSI are feeling frugal (aren’t we all?) so long-haul flights are not an option at the moment. To win this month’s cash, we would like the name of the bridge that Chip appears to have jumped off! There must be a story behind his latest predicament….

So what the feck is our protagonist doing, waist deep in a murky and very cold-looking river? You’d be forgiven for thinking “Stag Weekend”, especially as he seems to be in fancy dress, but you’d be wrong.

Chip was so disgusted to not be on an island in the Indian Ocean that he threw his Blackberry off this bridge in a fit of pique, thinking the Team at CSI wouldn’t be able to get hold of him anymore and he’d be able to control his own travel destinations!

As his sleek black, sole connection with the outside world hit the water’s surface and began to sink, so did the feeling in Chip’s stomach. How was he going to update his followers on Twitter, with his latest travel exploits and clues to his current location, without his phone?

More to the point, his Little Black Book was on the phone and he was rather looking forward to catching up with a striking red-haired beauty he’d hooked up with the last time he visited this destination!

Only one thing for it…..Chip jumped! Did he retrieve his phone? Did he find a housewife’s airing-cupboard to dry it out in? Follow him on Twitter to find out!

Remember, it’s the name of the bridge we are looking for this time. Best of luck!!

  1. Jill G says:

Is he under O’Connell Bridge in Dublin, Ireland?

  2. CSI Team says:

Would you Adam & Eve it?! We thought this one would run for a few months at least! Well done, Jill! £50 is yours! One of our team will contact you by email tomorrow to arrange payment.

Did you recognise the bridge or find it via some hinterweb research??
